The present personal data protection policy (hereinafter “policy”) settles the practices and conditions under which the company WSN DEVELOPPEMENT (hereinafter “company”) processes your personal datas.

  • Data relating to your order: this Data refers to all the information necessary for the satisfaction and completion of your order, in particular the information relating to the bank card used (name of the cardholder, card number, expiry date, etc.), the details of the order, the date of the order, and the exchanges with the commercial relations department.   • Data relating to the connection and use of the Customer Account when you are its holder: this Data refers to all the information you need to access your personal space as well as those relating to the use of the Customer Account and in particular, your identifier and password, your choices and preferences, the history of events in which you have participated.   • Data relating to your participation in events: date of participation, stands visited, purchases made.

2. HOW IS YOUR DATA COLLECTED?

2.1. Depending on how you interact with the Company, the Company may collect your Data in the ways described below.

2.2. The Company collects your Data directly from you when, for example, you fill in a contact or registration form, place an order or address the Company (for instance by sending an email).

2.3. The Company collects your Data indirectly when you browse the Sites using the cookies and tags in the conditions defined above. The Company also collects your Data thru third parties including social networks when you use the account you hold with these third parties to log in or register for an event.

Your Data is processed automatically by the Company for the various purposes described below, both in the context of your use of the Sites and your participation in events organized by the Company or whose organization has been entrusted to it

If you are a customer, on the basis of the execution of the contract concluded with the Company (pre-registration general conditions, Ticketing general conditions of sale or participation general conditions), your Data is processed to manage your participation requests and orders and to organize your participation and visits to the events we organize or whose organization has been entrusted to us.

With a concern to the continuous improvement of the events it organizes, your Data is also processed by the Company to send you post-event surveys and analyze their results.

If you are a professional client or prospect or if you have already participated in the event to which the news and commercial information relates, on the basis of its legitimate interest in promoting the events it organizes, the Company will send you, via all channels, its news and commercial information.

If you are a non-professional prospect and have not participated in one of our events, the Company may send you, through any channel, its news and marketing information if you have consented to it.

Based on your consent, the Company may also send you, through any channel, news and commercial information concerning events organized by other entities of the COMEXPOSIUM Group and/or the services of partners.

With your consent, when required, your Data may also be processed to (i) analyze your preferences and habits, (ii) personalize and optimize your experience on the COMEXPOSIUM Group’s Sites, in particular by allowing you to access certain functionalities and to develop the interactivity of the Sites, (iii) produce statistics, in particular on the effectiveness of the COMEXPOSIUM Group’s prospecting campaigns.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

7.1. The Company keeps your Data for no longer than what is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. Beyond that time, your Data may be archived to comply with any legal obligations to which the Company is subject or deleted.

7.2. Data which is used to establish proof of a right, a contract, or which is retained in order to comply with a legal obligation on the part of the Company, is archived in accordance with the laws in force.

8. TRANSFER OF DATA

For the hosting and processing of your Data, the Company uses means located within the European Union. A transfer of Data to a country outside the European Union should nevertheless be envisaged, specific information will be provided by the Company.
